Healthy Strawberry Dessert

Had this lovely desert at my mom’s this weekend. It is an easy dessert to make and it is good for you.

Put plain yogurt in a bowl, put fresh strawberries and pecans on top and then sprinkle cinnamon over everything.

Nutritional Facts:

Most fruit yogurts you purchase from the grocery store contain a lot of sugar. By using plain yogurt that is NOT low fat, you can have a tasty dessert that does not spike your blood sugar. Also berries are lower in sugar than other fruits and cinnamon helps stabilize you blood sugar.
