Grilled Hamburger Patti with Veggies

Here is another meal that will help keep you insulin in-check.

  • Grill a hamburger patti and season it with seasoning salt (A. Vogel Heramare is a good organic herb seasoning salt)
  • A small sliced tomato
  • Red leaf lettuce with home-made dressing (the dressing is made with sour cream mixed with crumbled blue cheese and seasoned with seasoning salt…delicious)
  • Steamed Green Beans with Butter
  • Couple of Green Olived stuffed with almonds

Nutritional Bonus:

Tomatoes contain lycopene. Which has been shown to protect against several types of cancer. Also they contain lutein which is really good for your eyes and tomatoes are an excelllent source of vitamin C. Plus, they contain vitamins A and B.[1]
